By using the web portal, these terms will automatically apply to you. Therefore, you should make sure that you read them carefully before using the web portal.
You are not allowed to copy, or modify the web portal, any part of the web portal, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the web portal, and you also should not try to translate the web portal into other languages, or make derivative versions. The web portal itself, and all the trade marks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to TopNet Academy.
TopNet Academy is committed to ensuring that the web portal is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the web portal or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the web portal or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you are paying for.
The TopNet Academy web portal stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, in order to provide our Service. It is your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the web portal secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that the TopNet Academy web portal will not work properly or at all.
Exclusion Clause : At any point in the usage of this time, in terms of the services provided by TopNet Academy there is no legal or contractual agreement being made between those who seeks the services and those who provides the services with TopNet Academy, as the TopNet Academy Apps is merely an intermediary whose function is to connect potential peoples looking or offering their services . Any disputes or issues as to any non payment or non performance of the specific services or duties required by parties using the web portal will not be referred to TopNet Academy. But we do provide a resolution centre for any disputes arising from such issues to be referred but it will not in any way guarantee any payments or relief as to any claims made by the respective parties . TopNet Academy will not be held responsible for any fallout or disputes between the parties using the Apps and any such legal disputes or claims shall be referred to a 3rd party Arbitration or other legal avenues such as a Consumer Tribunal or Small Claims Court under section 85, Part XII of The Consumer Protection Act 1999, which operates under the Ministry of Domestic Trade & Consumer Affairs (KPDNHEP) . This action shall be initiated by the parties using the web portal and any ancillary or incidental cost shall be borned by the 2 parties involved in using the web portal. Any payment or deposits being made to TopNet Academy will be disbursed & paid accordingly to the respective parties once the the dispute has been resolved & a final settlement has been made Parri Passu for both parties under the Tribunal or a 3rd party Arbitration appointed & agreed upon by both parties concerned.
You should be aware that there are certain things that TopNet Academy will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the web portal will require the phone to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but TopNet Academy cannot take responsibility for the web portal not working at full functionality if you do not have access to Wi-Fi or if you do not have any of your data allowance left. If you are using the web portal outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the web portal, or other third-party charges. In using the web portal, you are accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the web portal outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you are using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the web portal.
Along the same lines, TopNet Academy cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the web portal i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged if it runs out of battery and you cannot turn it on to avail the Service, TopNet Academy cannot accept the responsibility. With respect to TopNet Academy’s responsibility for your use of the web portal, when you are using the web portal, it is important to bear in mind that although we endeavour to ensure that it is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. TopNet Academy accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the web portal.
At some point, we may wish to update the web portal. The web portal is currently available on the requirements for system (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the web portal to) may change, and you will need to download the updates if you want to keep using the web portal. TopNet Academy does not promise that it will always update the web portal so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you.
We may also wish to stop providing the web portal, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the web portal, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

We may update our Terms of Services from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Services on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
